Water, sewer, internet, and garbage are all included in your rent. Electric usage is billed separately. There is an annual service fee of $60 for Conservice Utility Management which covers the service cost for billing roommates for their portion of utility charges, making it easier for everyone.

All applications include a “preferred roommate” field for you to list any requested roommates. We cannot guarantee any roommate requests, but we do our best to keep requested roommates together based on availability.

The easiest way to pay your monthly installment is through our Resident Portal. This is accessible through a link on the website and residents can download the app on their phones for mobile usage.
